From mindful meditation and movement to mindful eating and relationships, you'll discover practical tools to cultivate awareness, REDUCE STRESS, and enhance your overall well-being.

 

You will learn how to embrace mindfulness as not just a practice, but a way to lessen the stress in your life.

MINDFUL MEDITATION

 Through guided sessions, you will learn to focus your mind, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, our group format provides support, accountability, and a sense of community. 

MINDFUL SPEECH

Mindful speech involves speaking with awareness, compassion, and clarity, fostering deeper connections and reducing misunderstandings. Through guided exercises and reflections, you will learn to listen attentively, choose your words consciously, and communicate effectively in both personal and professional settings. Join our group sessions to cultivate a more harmonious and supportive environment through mindful communication practices that promote understanding and empathy.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Experience the synergy of body and mind with Mindful Movement sessions, an integral part of the Free To Be You: Mindfulness program. These sessions incorporate yoga practices designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Through mindful movement, you will learn to connect with your body, while fostering a deep sense of inner peace. You will learn to move with intention and awareness, helping you to release tension and stress. 

MINDFUL RELATIONSHIPS

Mindful relationships begin with cultivating a compassionate relationship with yourself, understanding your needs, and nurturing self-acceptance. Through guided practices and group discussions, you will learn to bring mindfulness into your interactions with others, fostering deeper connections, empathy, and mutual respect. Discover how to communicate authentically, resolve conflicts mindfully, and create supportive relationships that enhance your well-being.

MINDFUL LIVING

A cornerstone of the Free To Be You: Mindfulness program. Mindful living involves bringing awareness and intention to every moment, cultivating a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. Through guided practices and discussions, you will learn to apply mindfulness to everyday activities such as communication, decision-making, and even basic chores. Discover how to enhance your well-being, reduce anxiety, and foster meaningful relationships through a commitment to conscious living.

MINDFUL EATING

This practice encourages you to slow down and fully engage with the eating experience, fostering a greater awareness of your body's hunger and fullness cues. By paying attention to the tastes, textures, and sensations of each bite, you will learn to savor your meals and make more nourishing food choices. Our group sessions will guide you in developing a balanced, non-judgmental approach to eating, promoting a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.

WHAT IS THIS PROGRAM ABOUT?

Your 8 week program includes sitting meditation, walking meditation, eating meditation, gentle movement, body scan, stress reduction, and informal, everyday practices. 

WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES?

After completing the program you will experience increased self compassion, increased connection with your inner child and true self. You will also gain stress reduction and pain management tools

IS PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

No prior experience is necessary to take the program. I will guide you through every step of the journey alongside other participants.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

This program is helpful for those who are: in recovery from addiction, or wanting to enter recovery, experiencing chronic stress. Struggling with chronic pain, disconnected from their emotions, feeling disconnected from their body. Interested in growing their self awareness

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Your program includes weekly group meetings (2 hours), daily homework, group discussions, a variety of meditative and movement practices including: body scans, sitting meditation, yoga and other forms of gentle mindful movement.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE GROUPS?

Everyone who is in this group feels the same way about groups. The cool thing is that everyone in this group is experiencing the same or similar things you are, which makes for a very unique experience to connect with likeminded people in a safe environment

FRIDAY GROUP

Starts on September 6th at 10am EST

SUNDAY GROUP

Starts on September 8th at 12pm EST

TUESDAY GROUP

ONE TIME PAYMENT OF $597 CAD due upon enrolment
