Is this program live or self-paced?

Empath 90 is self-guided, which means you can move through it at your own pace. The program is designed as a 12-week journey, but you are welcome to take more time if needed.

How much time do I need each week?

You can expect to spend about 30 to 60 minutes per week with the teachings, reflections, and practices. Some weeks may feel lighter, and some may invite deeper reflection.

Do I need experience with mindfulness or Qigong?

No. Everything is beginner-friendly. The practices are simple, gentle, and designed to meet you where you are.

Is this only for empaths?

This program was created with empaths and highly sensitive people in mind, but it may also support introverts, deep feelers, people-pleasers, and anyone who feels emotionally affected by the world around them.

What if I fall behind?

You are not behind. This is your practice. You can pause, return, repeat a week, or move through the material more slowly. There is no perfect way to do this work.

Is this therapy?

No. Empath 90 is not therapy or a replacement for mental health support. It is a personal growth program designed to support self-awareness, emotional understanding, boundaries, and embodiment.

How long will I have access to the program?

You will have lifetime access to Empath 90. You can return to the teachings, practices, and reflections whenever you need them. 

What can I expect to feel during the program?

Everyone’s experience will be different. Some weeks may bring clarity, relief, or deeper understanding, while others may bring emotions to the surface.
